Refund & Return Policy
All sales are final. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days from the date of delivery to request a replacement.
Custom Orders Disclaimer
Please note that all windows and doors sold by M&T Design Home Improvement LLC are custom-made based on your selected:
- Size
- Frame color
- Glass type
We are not responsible for any ordering errors made by the customer. No refunds will be issued for customer selection mistakes.
Damaged or Defective Products
If a product is:
- Delivered damaged
- Defective
- Not as ordered (through no fault of the customer)
We will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
Return Authorization
- A return authorization must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- To request authorization, contact us at:
info@impactwindowswin.com - The return authorization number must be included with your returned product
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders must be canceled or modified within 24 hours of being placed
- After 24 hours, a 75% charge will apply
